Every industry has its secrets. What are the common frustrations, inefficiencies, or hidden costs that people in your target market complain about behind closed doors?

Think beyond geography. What specific cultural values or behaviors in your market make your solution a perfect fit?

Your true competition isn't always a direct rival. What messy, painful, or incomplete system are your customers using now?

Beyond a practical problem, what deeper feeling or insecurity does your product address? How does your product change that fear or feeling?

How do you plan to price your service, and how does this pricing align with the value you deliver to your customer?
