Privacy Policy
Effective Date: September 20, 2025
Short version: your confidential inputs stay with you. We use a token stored on your device to load/save your work—no central database and no account required. If you delete your token/local storage, we cannot recover your content.
1) What we don’t collect
- No copies of your business plan, deck, answers, or uploads on our servers.
- No account profile data by default (no required signup to use validation).
- No background data scraping of your device or files.
2) What lives on your device (token model)
We generate a private token that saves your in-progress work in your browser’s storage. That token lets you continue where you left off and, if you choose, export results (e.g., PDF or editable deck).
- Delete anytime: clear your browser’s local storage and discard your token to remove your content.
- No server copy: we can’t restore deleted work because we don’t keep a central database.
3) When we may process data in the cloud
Some features are optional and may briefly process text to generate outputs. We transmit only what’s needed to produce the result, then return it to your device.
- Exports & generators: text you submit to create reports or slides is processed to generate your output.
- Uploads: if you upload a file for processing (e.g., deck verification), the file is used only for that purpose and then discarded per feature workflow.
4) Analytics
We use privacy-respecting analytics (e.g., GA4 with minimal configuration) to understand page performance and improve UX. Analytics focus on aggregated events (page views, button clicks) rather than storing your content. See our Terms of Use for details.
5) Payments
Payments are handled by a trusted processor (e.g., Stripe). We don’t store card details. The processor may collect billing information subject to its own policy. For entitlements, we store only the minimum data necessary to activate features you purchased.
6) Email & waitlists
If you join a waitlist or request updates, we store your email solely to send the messages you asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email footer or by contacting support.
7) Security
- HTTPS for transport security.
- Least-privilege access for operational tools.
- No long-term storage of your confidential content by default.
8) Your choices & controls
- Delete local data: clear your browser storage and discard your token.
- Exports: download your results to keep your own copies.
- Email preferences: unsubscribe from any message or write to support@doneright.live.
9) Children
DoneRight.live is intended for users 16+ and is not directed to children.
10) Changes to this policy
We may update this page to reflect product changes or legal requirements. We’ll update the effective date above and, when appropriate, provide a notice in-product.
FAQ
Do you store my business plan or answers?
No. Your content stays on your device via a token. Delete the token/local storage to remove it.
Can you restore my data if I clear my browser?
No. Because we don’t keep a central copy, we cannot restore deleted content.
How do I remove my email from your lists?
